About the role
The Corporate Sales Representative will drive new business for Cartrack Tanzania by prospecting, cold‑calling and nurturing existing corporate accounts. The role focuses on promoting the company’s fleet tracking solutions, achieving monthly sales targets and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Generate new business through cold calls, follow‑up of leads and referrals.
- Provide product information, advice and written proposals to corporate clients.
- Achieve and report on monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and correspondence.
- Analyse customer data to gauge satisfaction and identify improvement areas.
- Deliver presentations and product training to business sources and clients.
- Conduct marketing and brand‑awareness activities.
- Report daily activities to the manager and manage commission administration.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of B2B or corporate sales experience.
- Strong business acumen with a focus on customer relations.
- Target‑driven, solution‑oriented and able to plan and organise effectively.
- High emotional intelligence and strong negotiation abilities.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel and experience using a CRM system.
