About the role

We are looking for a proactive, results‑driven Sales Executive to join our team in Dar es Salaam. This full‑time, on‑site position will focus on identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships and achieving sales targets for our payment‑solution services across Tanzania.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Generate leads, prospect and qualify potential customers.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and exceed customer expectations.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in sales, business development or a related field.
  • Strong negotiation and client‑relationship management abilities.
  • Effective communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline (preferred).
  • Familiarity with the Tanzanian market and its industries is an advantage.
