About the role
Vodafone is looking for an Insurance Sales & Distribution Specialist to drive the growth of its VodaBima portfolio. The role will lead sales of Motor, Life, Device and Health insurance across multiple channels, ensuring an omnichannel customer experience and meeting revenue targets.
Key responsibilities
- Lead sales and revenue growth for Motor, Life, Device and Health insurance products across all distribution channels.
- Establish and manage strong sales force effectiveness (SFEs), optimise retail touch‑points and scale corporate and digital channels.
- Collaborate with regional teams, M‑Pay leads and territory managers to coordinate field execution.
- Secure and manage partnerships with corporates, digital tax platforms, ecosystems and SACCOs to expand group life offerings.
- Train and enable retail teams to sell and service the full range of insurance products.
- Monitor performance using approved sales tracking tools, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with TIRA regulations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in risk management, insurance, actuarial science or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance sales with knowledge of local insurance laws and regulations.
- Strong analytical and business acumen, with the ability to interpret consumer insights.
- Proven stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Project‑management experience is advantageous.
