Material Kitting Supervisor

About the role

The Material Kitting Supervisor oversees warehouse‑based material preparation and kitting for telecom rollout projects. The role ensures that equipment is received, stored, assembled and dispatched accurately, supporting uninterrupted site deployments.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with Rollout Managers (ROM) and Project Managers (PM) on purchase orders, equipment quantities and delivery schedules.
• Maintain up‑to‑date status of equipment arrivals versus ordered quantities and report discrepancies.
• Prepare and assemble materials according to site configuration files and deployment plans.
• Obtain sign‑off documents from delivery agents and keep organized records of delivery notes and configuration documents.
• Update inbound and outbound inventory records, tracking equipment by site name.
• Alert ROM and PM early about potential equipment shortages.
• Manage returned dismantled equipment, labeling it with the appropriate site name.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Telecommunications, Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, telecom logistics or material management.
• Proven experience managing telecom equipment warehousing, kitting, inventory tracking and material dispatch for rollout projects.
• Strong ability to coordinate with ROM and PM on purchase orders, quantities and rollout requirements.
• Experience preparing and assembling site materials based on approved configuration documents.
• Excellent inventory management skills with accurate record‑keeping for inbound and outbound equipment.
