About the role

Coca-Cola Beverages Africa is looking for a Control and Automation Technician to join its Manufacturing team in Mbeya, Tanzania. The position reports to the Maintenance Controller and focuses on control and automation activities within the packaging area.

Key responsibilities

• Execute general and specialist analyses related to packaging processes.
• Interpret analysis results and resolve identified problems.
• Facilitate problem‑solving sessions with production teams.
• Coach and mentor colleagues on quality and automation matters.
• Carry out quality audits to ensure compliance with standards.
