Clinical Officer – 9 Positions in Dodoma

About the role

The Ifakara Health Institute is recruiting nine Clinical Officers to work in Dodoma as part of the MOOVE‑TZ Project. The role focuses on delivering patient care, managing clinical data, maintaining accurate records, and supporting research activities in accordance with approved protocols and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical care to patients receiving treatment at the health facility.
• Collect, enter, and verify clinical data for study participants.
• Ensure all documentation complies with study protocols and GCP guidelines.
• Assist with the preparation of study reports and related documentation.
• Collaborate with the research team to support ongoing clinical investigations.

Required profile

• Certificate or Diploma in Clinical Medicine.
• Valid Good Clinical Practice (GCP) training certificate obtained within the last two years.
• Ability to work on-site in Dodoma and adhere to study timelines.
