Acceptance Manager

About the role

The Acceptance Manager leads end‑to‑end site acceptance operations for telecom network deployment projects across a defined geographical area. The role ensures that every site meets contractual obligations, customer requirements, quality standards, and agreed timelines, enabling project closure and revenue recognition.

Key responsibilities

• Manage field activities for site acceptance, coordinating internal teams, service companies, and third‑party suppliers.
• Develop and execute a mid‑term resource plan, forecasting internal and external capacity.
• Ensure cost‑effective and quality‑driven execution of all field services in line with SLAs and scope of work.
• Act as escalation point for unresolved issues and guarantee resource readiness.
• Define local service catalogs, participate in supplier selection, and monitor supplier performance.
• Validate tendering cost estimates and capacity dimensioning for internal and external resources.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Project Management or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in telecom rollout, field operations, or site acceptance management.
• Proven track record managing end‑to‑end RAN/MW site acceptance processes.
• Strong ability to coordinate multi‑site activities across a geographic region.
• Experience in resource planning, capacity management and ensuring skilled field team readiness.
