Service & Spare Parts Sales Executive

About the role

A client of Shugulika Africa Limited in the automotive industry is looking for an experienced, results-driven Service & Spare Parts Sales Executive to join its aftersales team. The role covers selling spare parts and service packages, building customer relationships and finding new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell spare parts and service solutions to existing and new customers
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction through consistent engagement and support
• Prepare quotations, process orders and follow up on deliveries to ensure timely fulfillment
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth in the aftersales department
• Coordinate with service and warehouse teams for smooth operations
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to expand the customer base

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in spare parts and service sales, preferably in the automotive or machinery industry
• Customer-focused, results-driven and highly motivated

• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Good technical understanding of automotive or machinery parts
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets consistently
