Process Operator

About the role

The Process Operator will join the Manufacturing team at Coca‑Cola Beverages Africa in Mbeya, Tanzania. Reporting to the Production Team Leader, the role focuses on operating production equipment and performing quality checks to ensure product standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment according to work instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Carry out destructive and non‑destructive quality inspections on raw materials and finished products.
• Record production data, monitor process parameters and report any deviations.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot equipment issues and support continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Secondary education or equivalent.
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions and maintain high attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and willingness to work in shift patterns.

Required skills

• Equipment operation.
• Quality inspection (destructive and non‑destructive).
• Basic data entry and record‑keeping.
