About the role
The Sales Supervisor will lead a team to drive revenue growth and achieve assigned sales targets. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring excellent service delivery across the market.
Key responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and meet assigned targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct regular customer visits and market surveys.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and business agreements with clients.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and timely product delivery.
- Manage customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
- Support the execution of sales and marketing strategies.
Required profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG, manufacturing, or distribution.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
