About the role
Smollan is launching its East Africa Talent Pipeline, a development programme aimed at building a diverse and inclusive workforce across Malawi and Tanzania. The initiative seeks motivated individuals who are passionate about creating an extraordinary workplace and who can contribute to Smollan’s growth in the FMCG and retail sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute to a collaborative environment that values diversity, inclusion and employee wellbeing.
- Support cross‑functional projects within HR, sales, finance and operations as part of the talent development journey.
Required profile
- Completed university degree, preferably obtained in an FMCG or retail context.
- Minimum two years of professional experience in HR, sales, finance or operations.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Creative problem‑solving mindset and effective time‑management skills.
- Proficiency in administrative and process‑management tasks.
