Outsourcing (HR) Supervisor

About the role

The Outsourcing (HR) Supervisor is responsible for managing external human‑resources service providers. You will ensure that recruitment, onboarding, payroll and administrative processes for outsourced staff meet both client expectations and internal standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate recruitment and onboarding for outsourced employees.
• Conduct background checks and verify compliance documentation.
• Arrange medical check‑ups and ensure smooth induction processes.
• Liaise with finance to provide tools, equipment and support for outsourced staff.
• Draft employment contracts, introduction letters and other HR documents.
• Handle employee inquiries, requests and HR concerns promptly.
• Prepare and submit monthly payroll data, salary schedules and payslips.
• Manage petty‑cash activities and reconcile monthly reports.
• Maintain and update employee databases and ensure proper filing of HR records.
• Produce monthly HR reports covering leave, onboarding and employee summaries.
• Register outsourced employees in statutory portals and support compliance with labour laws.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Officer, HR Administrator or similar role.
• Strong understanding of recruitment, onboarding, payroll, training and employee relations.
• Knowledge of labour laws and disciplinary procedures.
• Excellent organisational, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• High level of ethics, professionalism and reliability.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
