Training Consultant

About the role

The Training Consultant will design, develop, and deliver learning solutions that boost employee performance and align with business objectives. You will work closely with managers, subject‑matter experts, and clients to create engaging curricula across multiple delivery formats.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct Training Needs Analyses to identify skill gaps and organizational requirements.
• Design comprehensive training programs, curricula, manuals, handbooks, and visual aids.
• Deliver workshops, coaching sessions, and e‑learning modules using role‑playing, case studies, and group discussions.
• Customize training solutions for specific client or internal needs.
• Evaluate program effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
• Prepare training reports, maintain accurate records, and track participant progress.
• Collaborate with managers and SMEs to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Develop proposals, conduct client meetings, and support business development activities.
• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in learning and development.

Required profile

• University degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in training, learning & development, or HR.
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation abilities.
• Experience delivering training in in‑person, virtual, and hybrid formats.
• Excellent analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
• Creative, proactive, and results‑driven mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Experience using e‑learning authoring tools.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
