Dealer Sales Supervisor – Device Financing

About the role
We are looking for a proactive Dealer Sales Supervisor to lead and expand our network of dealers offering device financing. The role focuses on driving sales of financed devices, ensuring compliance, and delivering strong performance across Ghana and Nigeria.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and support a network of dealers and retail partners providing device financing options.
- Ensure dealer compliance with company policies, pricing, and financing programmes.
- Visit dealer locations regularly to assess performance, provide training and resolve issues.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for device sales and financing activations.
- Monitor KPIs such as conversion rates, repayment success and dealer ROI.
- Analyse sales data and generate insights to improve dealer performance.
- Coordinate with financial institutions or in‑house credit teams to facilitate financing approvals and disbursals.
- Educate dealers on financing schemes, eligibility criteria and application processes.
- Handle escalations related to financing applications, approvals or defaults.
- Onboard new dealers and maintain accurate records of financed sales and customer feedback.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on dealer performance and financing KPIs.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in telecom, fintech or consumer electronics.
- Familiarity with device financing models, credit risk and sales operations.
- Strong analytical ability to use data for decision‑making.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
