About the role
A client of Shugulika Africa Limited is looking for a Sales Executive in Dar es Salaam. The role covers generating new business, managing client accounts and achieving sales targets, while also overseeing collection of outstanding debts from credit customers.
Key responsibilities
- Lead generation and sales development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Sales presentation and negotiation
- Debt collection from credit customers
- Market research and analysis
- Reporting and documentation
- Collaboration within the team
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the lubricant industry, of 2 years or more
- Goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Fast learner with a passion for sales
- Self-motivated and results-driven
