Sales and Administrative Officer

About the role

Flowitec Group Limited is seeking a dynamic Sales and Administrative Officer to lead the operations of its Tanzania branch. You will be responsible for driving new business in the industrial and engineering sectors while ensuring smooth day‑to‑day administrative processes.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Tanzanian industrial and engineering markets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and support marketing initiatives.
• Oversee branch administration, including correspondence, documentation, reporting, invoicing and collections.
• Coordinate with technical teams and travel to customer or project sites as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of proven experience in a combined sales and administrative role, preferably in engineering, industrial supply or technical sales.
• Knowledge of industrial products such as pumps, valves, motors or related equipment.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Valid driver’s license is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using a CRM system.
• Technical knowledge of industrial products (pumps, valves, motors).
