Sales Manager – Building Materials & Construction Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales function within the building materials and construction solutions sector. The successful candidate will drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and oversee a high‑performing sales team while strengthening customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute omnichannel marketing and promotional strategies to boost brand awareness, showroom traffic and customer visits.
• Manage showroom social media platforms, create content calendars and coordinate digital advertising campaigns.
• Collaborate with influencers, home‑improvement bloggers, designers and other partners to amplify reach.
• Plan and execute major marketing events such as grand openings, fairs, designer salons and industry exhibitions.
• Build partnerships with bricklayers, designers, contractors and other industry stakeholders.
• Support headquarters in promoting the local MICASSO VOSA brand.
• Maintain showroom brand image, oversee new product launches and model‑room updates.
• Lead the sales team, identify new business opportunities and ensure achievement of ambitious sales targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 8 + years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership position.
• Experience in luxury retail, FMCG, building materials, ceramic, sanitary ware or showroom/retail businesses.
• Proven track record of launching and promoting high‑end or premium brands.
• Strong experience in showroom and retail‑channel marketing.
• Experience with tiler and designer networks is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of online marketing platforms and digital advertising.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, with solid data‑analysis skills.
