Pharmaceutical Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking a full-time Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join our growing team in Ifakara. You will promote and sell our safe, effective medicines to healthcare professionals, building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Visit physicians, pharmacists, clinics and hospitals to present product information and answer technical and commercial queries.
• Monitor territory performance, track orders, follow up on deliveries and maintain accurate sales records.
• Collect market feedback and share insights with internal teams to support promotional campaigns.
• Achieve sales targets while adhering to ethical standards and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and submit regular activity and sales reports using basic office software.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare field sales, preferably in a territory‑based role.
• Diploma or degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business or a related discipline (highly beneficial).
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills to engage professionally with healthcare providers.
• Ability to work independently on‑site, organise visits and manage time effectively.
• Commitment to ethical conduct, regulatory compliance and accurate product representation.

Required skills
