Process Operator

About the role

The Process Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining the packaging line to ensure optimal equipment performance. You will work in a fast‑paced production environment, supporting continuous improvement and safe operations.

Key responsibilities

• Start‑up, shut‑down and run packaging machines safely and efficiently.
• Perform brand pack changes and autonomous maintenance tasks.
• Monitor process performance and verify correct set‑up.
• Support training and coaching of operational teams.
• Assist in problem‑solving for specific process areas.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives to enhance process capability.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum three years of experience in a packaging process environment.
• Ability to work shift patterns.
• Proven track record in safety, accountability and performance (SAB).
• Strong problem‑solving ability and quick decision‑making.
