Process Operator

About the role

Join a dynamic team that drives the packaging process for a leading beverage company. As a Process Operator you will be responsible for running and maintaining equipment to ensure optimal performance and product quality.

Key responsibilities

• Operate machinery – start‑up, shut‑down, and continuous running.
• Execute brand pack changes and ensure correct set‑up.
• Perform autonomous maintenance and regular equipment checks.
• Monitor process performance and maintain a safe work environment.
• Support training, coach operational teams and assist in problem‑solving for the process area.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives and assess staff as needed.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Ability to work shifts.
• At least three years of experience in a packaging process environment.
• Demonstrated competence on a minimum of two machines.
• Strong vigilance, quick decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities.
• Manual dexterity and a proven track record of performance.
