Head of Office – Tanzania

About the role

CK Funded Pro is seeking a dynamic leader to establish and run its Tanzania office. As the Head of Office, you will be the primary face of the company locally, overseeing daily operations, building partnerships, and ensuring compliance with Tanzanian regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Tanzania office, supervising day‑to‑day operations.
• Represent CK Funded Pro with partners, institutions, and stakeholders in Tanzania.
• Drive local growth, develop partnerships, and enhance community presence.
• Oversee people management, administrative tasks, and operational excellence.
• Ensure full compliance with Tanzanian laws and financial regulations (BRELA, TRA, labour law, etc.).
• Act as the liaison between local operations and global leadership.

Required profile

• Based in Tanzania (preferably Dar es Salaam) with strong knowledge of the local market.
• Proven leadership and operations/management experience.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Swahili.
• High integrity, ownership mindset, and a drive to build from the ground up.
• Understanding of Tanzanian regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Experience or knowledge of trading/financial markets is a strong plus.
