Head of Maintenance

About the role

The Head of Maintenance will lead all maintenance activities for Infinity Developments’ luxury real‑estate portfolio in Zanzibar City. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures facilities operate smoothly, safely and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute preventive maintenance programmes across residential, commercial and leisure properties.
• Oversee routine repairs and manage maintenance schedules to minimise downtime.
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of maintenance personnel.
• Implement efficient maintenance processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to uphold Infinity Developments’ quality standards.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in preventive maintenance and maintenance & repair.
• Proven experience in maintenance management and facility operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and support a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and compliance requirements.
• Experience in luxury real‑estate or hospitality settings is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management or a related field preferred.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Zanzibar City.
