About the role

Join Danvast Land & Property as a Valuation & Real Estate Intern and gain hands‑on experience in property valuation, land administration, and digital marketing. You will support a variety of tasks ranging from site inspections to creating promotional graphics.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in property and asset valuation, conduct site inspections, collect field data, and help prepare valuation reports.
• Support title deed applications, land transfers, and overall land administration processes.
• Contribute to real‑estate marketing activities, manage property listings, respond to client enquiries, and accompany property viewings.
• Create social‑media posts, graphics, and promotional content using design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or CorelDRAW.
• Perform office administration duties, including record keeping, data entry, and preparation of official documents.
• Coordinate with government officials and relevant authorities on land, property, and valuation matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Land Management and Valuation (mandatory); fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong interest in property valuation, land administration, and digital marketing.
• Professional attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Readiness to undertake fieldwork and travel when required.

Required skills

• Knowledge of property valuation and land administration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or CorelDRAW for graphic design.
• Good digital‑marketing and social‑media management skills.
