About the role

The Sandvik Central Africa Graduate Programme is a 30‑month rotational graduate program designed to give recent engineering graduates practical experience across all technical and service departments in a mining environment.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through various technical and service functions, gaining hands‑on experience.
• Support engineering projects and equipment maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with senior experts to solve real‑world mining challenges.
• Participate in training sessions, mentoring, and performance reviews.

Required profile

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related field, or a certificate/diploma in automotive, electrical, mechanical or heavy‑equipment repair.
• Graduated in 2024 or 2025.
• Maximum age of 26 years.
• Physically and medically fit to work in a mining environment.
• Female candidates and residents of Mwanza, Ngara or nearby areas are given priority.
