About the role
The GA Field Manager is responsible for driving promotional activities and ensuring effective execution across retail locations. You will coordinate with the field force, monitor performance, and act as the main liaison between clients and store teams.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and facilitate the implementation of promotion grids and promotional timelines.
- Communicate promotional objectives and schedules to the field force.
- Ensure POS material delivery, stock ordering, and on‑time delivery according to nominated order and delivery days.
- Monitor competitor innovations, market share, and shelf health, providing feedback to stakeholders.
- Achieve POP objectives, implement generic and store‑specific planograms, and maintain category flows.
- Control expenses including fuel, vehicle, training, travel, overtime, and stationary costs.
- Drive ad‑hoc promotions, identify cross‑merchandising opportunities, and ensure sales targets are met.
- Collect and analyse field data, generate insights, and compile regular reports for clients.
- Manage in‑store resources, staff communication, and operational excellence.
Required profile
- Proven experience in field sales, retail execution, or promotional management.
- Strong analytical abilities to monitor data integrity and market performance.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with field teams and clients.
- Ability to manage budgets, control expenses, and optimise resource allocation.
