Sales Coordinator – Performance & Acquisition

About the role

The Sales Coordinator – Performance & Acquisition will lead NBC's nationwide Agency Banking Lead Generation Programme. This role ensures consistent execution of acquisition initiatives, drives performance management, and supports field teams to meet national agent acquisition and customer growth targets.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the implementation of the Lead Generation Programme across all branches, including agent acquisition, account opening, and insurance initiatives.
• Monitor and report on national acquisition performance, tracking onboarding, activation, and conversion metrics by branch, region, and zone.
• Drive performance management by conducting appraisals, coaching Lead Generators, and developing formal coaching plans.
• Identify training needs, coordinate recognition programs, and support managers in improving acquisition outcomes.
• Ensure compliance and quality standards for agent onboarding documentation, monitor turnaround times, and resolve operational issues.
• Analyze productivity trends, recommend improvement actions, and coordinate commercial acquisition campaigns.
