Evaluation Officer - Survey Ops

About the role

Educate! is seeking two motivated Evaluation Officers to lead survey operations in Tanzania. The role focuses on overseeing data‑collection activities for evaluation projects that measure the impact of youth employment programmes across the country.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate multiple field data‑collection teams and enumerators across diverse sites.
• Ensure that survey protocols are followed and that data are collected accurately and on schedule.
• Provide day‑to‑day support and troubleshooting for enumerators and the central Evaluation team.
• Maintain clear communication channels between field staff, project managers and partners.
• Monitor data quality, compile field reports and contribute to the overall evaluation database.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Willingness to work in field settings and travel to multiple locations.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural team.
