Program Coordinator – Tanzania

About the role

Educate! is scaling its impact across more than 1,000 schools in Tanzania. The Program Coordinator will serve as the operational engine of the hub program team, handling coordination, events, data management, and administrative tasks so the Hub Program Manager can focus on strategic planning and team development.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day coordination of program activities and events.
• Collect, maintain, and report program data to support decision‑making.
• Manage administrative workload that would otherwise fall to the Hub Program Manager.
• Work closely with Program Officers as a peer‑level support function.
• Ensure training sessions and related activities are organized and delivered smoothly.

Required profile

• Passionate about youth employment and education in Africa.
• Demonstrated experience in program coordination or similar operational roles.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Collaborative mindset, able to support and partner with program staff.
