Direct Sales Agent (Independent Contractor)

About the role

BagginsHQ is looking for motivated Direct Sales Agents in Tanzania to promote its digital services to businesses and individuals. As an independent contractor you will work on your own schedule, earn commissions on every sale, and have full control over your earning potential.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients – businesses, entrepreneurs, and individuals – who could benefit from BagginsHQ’s digital services.
• Register clients on the BagginsHQ platform using your dedicated agent portal.
• Match clients with appropriate services such as Digital Marketing, Hosting, Corporate Email, Baggins TV, etc.
• Generate service orders and invoices through the portal; the system handles fulfillment.
• Build and maintain client relationships to encourage renewals and upsells.
• Track earnings, request withdrawals, and monitor performance via the agent dashboard.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated, driven and able to work independently.
• Comfortable managing your own schedule and workflow.
• Committed to meeting clear sales milestones.
