Audit Supervisor

About the role

The Audit Supervisor will lead the organization’s efforts to detect and investigate fraud, ensuring robust internal controls and compliance. This position involves gathering fraud-related information, conducting investigations, and delivering actionable audit reports.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain effective channels for collecting fraud clues and conduct anti‑fraud investigations based on received reports.
• Identify fraud risk areas and develop investigation procedures.
• Prepare comprehensive audit reports, propose recommendations, and enhance internal control processes.
• Monitor the implementation of corrective actions and ensure follow‑up.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
• Minimum five years of experience in internal audit, anti‑fraud, or related fields.
• Familiarity with criminal law or criminal procedure law is advantageous.
• Outgoing, resilient personality with a broad professional network.
• Willingness to travel on short‑term assignments to locations such as Chalinze, Kibaha, Mwanza, and Arusha.
