About the role
The Audit Supervisor will lead the organization’s efforts to detect and investigate fraud, ensuring robust internal controls and compliance. This position involves gathering fraud-related information, conducting investigations, and delivering actionable audit reports.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and maintain effective channels for collecting fraud clues and conduct anti‑fraud investigations based on received reports.
- Identify fraud risk areas and develop investigation procedures.
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports, propose recommendations, and enhance internal control processes.
- Monitor the implementation of corrective actions and ensure follow‑up.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
- Minimum five years of experience in internal audit, anti‑fraud, or related fields.
- Familiarity with criminal law or criminal procedure law is advantageous.
- Outgoing, resilient personality with a broad professional network.
- Willingness to travel on short‑term assignments to locations such as Chalinze, Kibaha, Mwanza, and Arusha.
