Veterinary Sales Representative

About the role

The Veterinary Sales Representative will join VetNova Solutions Ltd’s growing team in Arusha, promoting innovative products and services to veterinary clinics, distributors and other animal‑health stakeholders. This full‑time, on‑site position involves managing the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and product demonstrations to closing deals and providing post‑sale support.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential customers within the veterinary and animal‑health market.
• Conduct on‑site product demonstrations and present VetNova’s solutions.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate terms and close sales to achieve targets.
• Maintain accurate records of activities, leads and customer information in the CRM system.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with clinics, distributors and other stakeholders.
• Gather market feedback and collaborate with internal teams on sales planning and promotional campaigns.

Required profile

• Proven ability to manage customer relationships, handle objections and sustain long‑term partnerships.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining product features to diverse audiences.
• Solid sales and negotiation experience, including prospecting, pipeline management and deal closure.
• Basic understanding of business and marketing concepts such as market research and opportunity identification.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently on‑site in Arusha and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Relevant experience in veterinary, pharmaceutical or healthcare sales is an advantage.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Animal Health or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with common office applications and CRM software for tracking activities and reporting.
