Tyre Sales Supervisor – Mwanza

About the role

The Tyre Sales Supervisor will lead the development and management of tyre distribution channels across Mwanza, driving sales performance and expanding market share. This role combines customer relationship management, new business development, and credit oversight to ensure sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow tyre customer channels to meet sales targets and improve regional performance.
• Identify and develop new distributors, dealers, retailers, and key accounts within the Mwanza region.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to foster business growth and satisfaction.
• Implement credit management policies, monitor limits, follow up on collections, and mitigate credit risk.
• Collect, analyse, and report market intelligence, including competitor activity and pricing trends.
• Conduct regular business trips throughout Mwanza and surrounding areas to acquire new clients and uncover sales opportunities.
• Monitor sales performance, provide forecasts and market feedback to management.
• Support promotional and marketing activities to increase product visibility.
• Ensure accurate customer records, sales documentation, and timely resolution of complaints.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in tyre or automotive product sales.
• Established network and sales channels within the Mwanza region.
• Strong understanding of tyre products, market dynamics, and sales strategies.
• Experience in credit management and debt collection.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Valid driving licence is an advantage.
