Customer Service Center Supervisor

About the role

Sandvik Mining & Construction Tanzania Limited is seeking an experienced Customer Service Center (CSC) Supervisor to lead its Customer Sales Support team in Mwanza. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences while supporting sales growth and ensuring efficient Order‑to‑Cash processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of Customer Sales Support Representatives to meet departmental KPIs.
• Ensure service quality that exceeds customer expectations and monitor performance, applying corrective actions when needed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and support sales initiatives, including pricing reviews, budget planning and tender preparation.
• Drive continuous improvement and process optimisation across the CSC.
• Manage resource planning, workload distribution and compliance with global CSC guidelines.
• Champion a strong Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) culture and ensure adherence to company policies.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in a commercial discipline or related field; leadership training is a plus.
• 4‑7 years of experience in a Customer Service or Sales supervisory role.
• At least 3.5 years of sales experience, preferably internal sales.
• Proven ability to lead, manage and develop teams.
