About the role

The Senior Clinician will provide on‑site clinical leadership for a construction‑related project in Nzega. This contract position involves delivering high‑quality healthcare services to project personnel while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and supervise clinical procedures on site.
• Document all clinical activities accurately and maintain up‑to‑date medical records.
• Mentor and guide junior clinical staff and ensure adherence to clinical protocols.
• Collaborate with project managers, health‑and‑safety teams, and local health authorities.
• Contribute to health risk assessments and support emergency response and occupational health initiatives.

Required profile

• Licensed medical professional with a degree or equivalent advanced clinical qualification.
• Proven experience leading clinical teams in resource‑constrained or project‑based environments.
• Strong diagnostic, assessment, and patient‑management capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Nzega and adapt to project demands.
