About the role
The Sales Specialist will drive the growth of Mwanza Sanitary Ware by promoting products to both showroom visitors and external clients. This role involves building strong customer relationships, managing the sales pipeline, and ensuring a high level of service throughout the buying process.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and close sales for Mwanza Sanitary Ware products.
- Display and maintain product presentations in the showroom and at client sites.
- Collect accounts receivable and ensure timely payments.
- Negotiate, prepare, and sign sales‑related contracts with customers.
- Provide accurate product information and recommendations to clients.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Entrepreneurship or a related field.
- At least 2 years of proven sales experience in the building materials or sanitary ware industry.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
