About the role
The Sales Officer will be based in Dar es Salaam and will drive growth for Upendo Honey’s premium honey and wax products. You will expand market presence by building and managing multiple sales channels across the city and surrounding regions.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue for honey and wax products.
- Establish and grow sales channels, including Community Traders Program, hotels, restaurants, cafés, and supermarkets.
- Build strong relationships with clients and customers, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Identify new market opportunities and potential partners in Dar es Salaam and nearby areas.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales activities with company goals.
Required profile
- Solution‑oriented mindset with proactive leadership.
- Strong commercial judgement and independent problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work autonomously in a field‑based, client‑facing role.
