PPM Revenue Manager

About the role
The PPM Revenue Manager supports senior country leadership in shaping and tracking commercial strategy, pricing and revenue management to sustainably improve profitability.
Key responsibilities
- Implement global PPM processes (LE, CPR, Budget, 1YP and 3YP).
- Monitor trading performance, recommend corrective actions, and ensure budget volume and revenue targets are met.
- Develop competitor analytics to anticipate pricing behavior and identify risks and opportunities.
- Drive end‑to‑end price‑setting from strategy through implementation.
- Lead cross‑functional teams on revenue and volume growth initiatives.
- Determine revenue budgets, phase volume targets, and align initiatives with macro‑economic factors.
- Validate financial impact of growth plans and sales forecasts for S&OP cycles.
Required profile
- Relevant commercial qualification.
- 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in FMCG.
- Strong attention to detail and high energy levels.
- Results‑focused, action‑oriented mindset.
