Software Sales Representative

About the role

The Software Sales Representative will work on‑site in Kigoma, promoting IYISHE COMPANY LTD’s Android, iOS and web‑based software solutions. The role involves generating leads, presenting product demos, preparing proposals and guiding prospects through the full sales cycle to achieve revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective clients through lead generation and outreach activities.
• Conduct product demonstrations and articulate the business value of Android, iOS and web applications.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate terms and close deals.
• Maintain accurate records of activities and opportunities in the company’s CRM system.
• Collaborate with the development team to stay updated on product features and roadmap.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with customers, providing post‑sale support as needed.

Required profile

• Proven track record in software or technology sales with a focus on meeting or exceeding targets.
• Experience in lead generation, account management and client relationship building.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Customer‑service mindset and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work on‑site in Kigoma and cooperate with cross‑functional teams.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, IT or a related field is an advantage.
