Corporate Sales Representative – Dodoma

About the role

The Corporate Sales Representative will drive new business for Cartrack Tanzania by generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and promoting the company’s products and services in Dodoma.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business through cold calling, follow‑up of leads and referrals.
• Provide product information, advice and presentations to customers and business sources.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and report daily activities to the manager.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and analyse satisfaction data.
• Conduct product training, marketing activities and brand awareness campaigns.
• Administer commissions, ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards, and perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with business sources and existing clients.
• Detail‑oriented with good record‑keeping and reporting abilities.
• Willingness to learn Cartrack’s products and stay updated on service changes.
