Regional Dispatcher

About the role

The Regional Jazastars Administrator owns regional inventory and contractor relations, reporting to the Regional Coordinator. The role manages inventory processes, enforces policies, and oversees request, allocation, shipping, receiving, tracking, monitoring, and auditing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily dispatch plans, build optimized vehicle loads, and cluster deliveries to maximise route density and reduce costs.
• Conduct fleet and driver readiness checks, monitor active deliveries via GPS, and manage both internal and 3PL drivers to meet delivery standards.
• Track daily DIFOT performance, maintain a failed‑delivery log, and trigger route or process reviews for recurring issues.
• Validate returned inventory, enforce quarantine for undocumented returns, and ensure accurate handover to the Inventory Controller.
• Monitor freight costs, identify inefficiencies, and support route optimisation and cost‑reduction initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience managing warehouses and 3PL networks.
• Ability to analyse route efficiency, utilisation, and cost‑to‑serve drivers.
• Hands‑on experience with GPS tracking and real‑time fleet monitoring.
• Strong understanding of last‑mile logistics constraints in emerging markets.
• Valid driving licence and 2‑4 years of experience in dispatch or transport coordination.
