Delivery Rider – Tanzania (Multiple Regions)

About the role

MFT Fulfillment Centre is expanding its delivery network across Tanzania and seeks reliable riders to handle order dispatch and collection of cash‑on‑delivery payments. You will work from 8:00 AM, Monday to Saturday, providing timely and professional service to customers in your assigned region.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and dispatch orders starting at 8:00 AM each workday.
• Contact customers immediately after an order is assigned.
• Deliver parcels safely, providing real‑time updates on progress.
• Collect and remit COD payments directly after each successful delivery.
• Report any delivery or customer issues promptly to the Operations Manager.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and follow MFT operating procedures.

Required profile

• Own a suitable vehicle for deliveries and keep it available during work hours.
• Active WhatsApp user for real‑time communication.
• Available from 8:00 AM, Monday‑Saturday.
• Trustworthy with immediate COD remittance.
• Secure place to store company products while in transit.
• Professional Swahili communication; English proficiency is a plus.
• Valid legal ID and proof of vehicle ownership.
• Provide a local guarantor in the same region.
