Vehicle Dispatch Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a responsible and detail‑oriented Vehicle Dispatch Specialist to coordinate daily vehicle movements and ensure timely deliveries across our logistics network.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily vehicle dispatch and monitor movements.
• Prepare and maintain accurate dispatch records and documentation.
• Communicate with drivers, warehouse staff, logistics teams and other departments.
• Verify dispatch information and ensure record accuracy.
• Follow up on vehicle schedules, delivery status and any delays.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety requirements.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transport Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience in vehicle dispatch, transport, logistics or fleet operations is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to work with transport or ERP systems.
