Packaging Process Artisan

About the role

Join a leading beverage company as a Packaging Process Artisan, responsible for keeping the packaging line running smoothly. You will maintain, repair, and optimise plant equipment to ensure high availability and product quality while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain, repair and optimise packaging machinery and associated plant devices.
• Locate equipment, spares and relevant documentation, and perform both routine and major maintenance tasks.
• Operate packaging machines, monitor process parameters and shut down/start up equipment safely.
• Identify potential issues through regular walk‑abouts and scheduled maintenance.
• Apply VPO principles, maintain 5S standards at the workstation and ensure a safe working environment.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• 1–2 years experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to communicate well and work effectively as a team player.
• Willingness to undergo 2–3 months of on‑the‑job training (ideal 3–6 months).

Required skills

• Electrical engineering knowledge.
