About the role

ATCL SACCOS LTD, a Savings and Credit Cooperative Society based in Dar es Salaam, is recruiting three positions: a Loan Officer, an Assistant Accountant, and an ICT Intern. The roles support the cooperative’s financial services, accounting operations, and daily ICT activities.

Key responsibilities

• Loan Officer: receive, assess and monitor loan applications, conduct member verification, track repayments and manage delinquent accounts.
• Assistant Accountant: perform monthly bank reconciliations, record invoices, vouchers and petty cash, prepare expenditure reports, and oversee EFT payments.
• ICT Intern: provide hardware and system support, assist with maintenance, perform data entry, backups and updates, and manage ICT equipment.

Required profile

• Loan Officer: Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business or Cooperative Management; at least one year of loan management experience; age 20‑40.
• Assistant Accountant: Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; minimum one year of accounting experience; age 20‑40.
• ICT Intern: Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science or Information Systems; recent graduate or industrial trainee; basic knowledge of networking and databases; age 20‑30.
