About the role

Join RIU Hotels & Resorts as a Junior Assistant General Manager and embark on a fast‑track talent development program. You will work alongside the General Manager, gaining hands‑on experience across all hotel operations while being mentored by senior leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in daily hotel operations to maintain high service standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field from a reputable institution.
• Recent graduate with limited professional experience (internships or short‑term assignments acceptable).
• Strong desire to grow into a hotel leadership role.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Flexibility, hands‑on attitude, and ability to adapt to multicultural environments.
• Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.
