General Maintenance Level 2

About the role

Join Four Seasons Safari Lodge Serengeti as a General Maintenance Level 2 technician, responsible for maintaining the lodge’s equipment and ensuring a safe, comfortable environment for guests and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment and keep accurate logs.
• Operate and maintain plant systems including generator, reverse osmosis (RO) and sewage treatment plant (STP).
• Repair motors, starters, breakers, chillers, pumps and related equipment throughout the property.
• Assist the Engineering Coordinator with spare parts and consumable inventory.
• Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests and emergency situations such as fires or power failures.
• Maintain cleanliness of engineering stations, grease traps and plumbing areas.

Required profile

• Professional demeanor reflecting Four Seasons standards.
• Adherence to uniform policy and punctual attendance.
• Familiarity with Four Seasons Health & Safety program and completion of mandatory training.
• Ability to work harmoniously with co‑workers and supervisors.

Required skills

• Operation of generator systems.
• Knowledge of reverse osmosis (RO) water treatment.
• Experience with sewage treatment plant (STP) operations.
• Repair of electrical motors, starters and breakers.
• Maintenance of chillers and pumps.
