ESG Manager – Environmental, Social and Governance

About the role

The Resort ESG Manager will lead the implementation, coordination and monitoring of environmental, social and governance policies throughout the pre‑opening phase and ongoing operations. Acting as the operational bridge between the resort and the Corporate ESG Department, the role ensures sustainability initiatives are embedded in daily activities and that ESG data is accurately collected and reported.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, analyse and report energy, water and waste consumption data, supporting Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions calculations.
• Develop and execute pre‑opening ESG plans, integrating sustainability criteria into operating procedures across all departments.
• Implement waste separation, water‑saving measures and energy‑efficiency programmes, coordinating with maintenance, housekeeping and F&B teams.
• Lead social and community projects, fostering local partnerships, training and inclusion initiatives.
• Coordinate ESG training for staff, maintain records of attendance and promote a culture of sustainability ambassadors.
