Key responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation and mise‑en‑place
• Support senior chefs during kitchen operations and service
• Assist with cooking and plating dishes
• Maintain food hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards
• Support stock control, inventory, and receiving deliveries
• Properly clean and maintain kitchen equipment
• Work effectively as part of the kitchen team

Required profile

• Certificate in Culinary Arts, Food Production, or Hospitality
• 1+ year experience is an advantage; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
• Good understanding of food hygiene and safety
• Able to work under pressure in a fast‑paced kitchen
• Good personal hygiene and professional attitude
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, nights, and public holidays
