Finance Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Manager to lead financial strategy and support growth at Ipsos Tanzania. The role combines oversight of budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting with strategic planning to ensure the company meets its financial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the annual budgeting and forecasting processes to drive profitable growth.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in line with Ipsos Group policies.
• Lead accounting, controlling, financial planning, business analysis and treasury functions.
• Maintain strong relationships with banks, auditors, tax authorities and other financial stakeholders.
• Monitor macro‑economic and external factors affecting the business and provide strategic insights.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in finance or audit within a large organisation, preferably in a senior management role.
• Proven ability to formulate strategy, implement financial controls and manage accounting functions.
• High work ethics, integrity and strong negotiation skills.
• Analytical thinking with strong financial analysis capabilities.

Required skills

• Experience with Oracle financial systems.
• Experience with Symphony software.
