MI Analyst

About the role

The MI Analyst will support financial analysis and performance reporting for the country, ensuring accurate cash flow analysis, cost management and capex coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze monthly and quarterly financial results, including cash flow and variance analysis.
• Coordinate country financial performance reviews and explain actual performance versus plan and YoY.
• Manage capex processes and act as focal point for PIR analysis and tracking.
• Track and analyze cost drivers and variances on local expenses.
• Coordinate annual and quarterly planning, preparing strategic packs.
• Lead projects to improve margin management and cost initiatives.
• Maintain MI architecture and manuals as SAP super‑user.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Statistics or Economics.
• Professional accounting certification.
• 4–5 years experience as a Finance Business Partner or Business Analyst.
• Strong understanding of Vivo Energy business model and S&D margin structures.
• Analytical thinker, problem solver with good communication skills.
• Self‑starter able to drive change and manage projects.
• Effective interpersonal skills to work with country management and central finance teams.
• Ability to manage priorities and meet tight deadlines.
